Warranty Policy – Gearshift Auto Parts

At Gearshift Auto Parts, we specialize in supplying quality used engines, transmissions, and auto parts. While every effort is made to ensure reliability, used automotive components are subject to wear. This warranty defines the scope, limitations, and conditions under which coverage may apply.

By purchasing from Gearshift Auto Parts, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

Warranty Notification Requirement

To be considered for warranty coverage, the buyer must notify Gearshift Auto Parts in writing via email within thirty (30) days of delivery of the auto part. Failure to provide timely written notice will void the warranty.

External or bolt-on components such as alternators, starters, AC compressors, power steering pumps, intake/exhaust manifolds, sensors, solenoids, wiring harness, ECU/Control Modules, gaskets, seals, hoses, belts, or accessories.

Gearshift Auto Parts liability is limited solely to supplying a replacement engine or transmission, if available, or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for:

Odometer & Mileage Disclosure

Odometer mileage determinations for used transmissions and transmission parts are not practically possible, and are not subject to known state and federal laws. Determination of mileage use for used engines or transmissions cannot be done with certainty because these engines and transmissions are routinely sold and transferred separate and apart from the original vehicle in which they were installed. Therefore, all representations of mileage are estimates based upon information and belief.

In the event of a potential warranty issue:
