- Mileage is not guaranteed
- Warranty is parts-only
- Labor and vehicle-related expenses are excluded we do not cover
- Beelines Automotive reserves the right to inspect.
FLUID & MILEAGE REQUIREMENTS
(NON-COMPLIANCE VOIDS WARRANTY)
ENGINE – FLUID & MILEAGE RULES
Required
- Engine Oil: Manufacturer-recommended grade and specification
- Oil Change Interval: Every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whichever occurs first
- Oil Filter: Must be replaced at every oil change
Warranty VOID If
- Oil change exceeds 5,000 miles or 6 months
- Incorrect oil grade or specification is used
- Oil filter is not replaced
- Low oil level, sludge, or oil starvation is detected
- Oil change receipts cannot be produced
TRANSMISSION – FLUID & SERVICE RULES
Required
- Transmission Fluid: Manufacturer-specified ATF / CVT / DCT fluid
- Initial Installation:
- Professional cooler flush is mandatory
- New transmission fluid must be installed
- Fluid Condition: Clean, uncontaminated, and at correct level
(Routine fluid change interval depends on vehicle manufacturer; proof of clean fluid condition may be requested.)
Warranty VOID If
- Cooler flush is not performed or no receipt is provided
- Old or contaminated fluid is reused
- Incorrect transmission fluid type is used
- Transmission cooler, radiator, or lines are clogged
- Burnt, discolored, or metal-contaminated fluid is found
MILEAGE LIMIT & OPERATIONAL RULES
Allowed
- Normal passenger vehicle use
- Driving within manufacturer load and towing limits
Warranty VOID If
- Vehicle is used for commercial, industrial, racing, or off-road purposes
- Excessive towing beyond manufacturer rating
- Vehicle continues to be driven after warning signs (slip, knock, overheating)
- Mileage or service records are missing or inconsistent
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (FLUID & MILEAGE COMPLIANCE)
To keep warranty active, the customer must provide:

- Date
- Mileage
- Oil grade
- Service provider details
Transmission
- Cooler flush receipt
- Proof of new transmission fluid installation
- Fluid type specification
- Installation mileage & date
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT (APP / AGREEMENT SAFE)
Failure to comply with the above fluid, mileage, and service requirements will result in immediate warranty voidance, regardless of warranty term or mileage remaining.
