• All parts sold are used or pre-owned and may show normal wear. Warranty coverage is limited to part replacement only and does not cover labor, installation, or consequential damages.

2. Product Listings & Availability

• Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are based on information from manufacturers, previous owners, or third-party yards. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after order placement, a refund will be issued in accordance with our policies.
• Images are for reference only; actual items may differ in appearance.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment is required prior to shipping.
• We accept secure online payments including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
• Orders require 2–3 business days for processing after payment.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is offered across the United States through various carriers.
• Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed; delays may occur.
• Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Gearshift Auto Parts is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns, Replacements, & Refunds

• Customers may return unused, uninstalled, unaltered parts in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
• Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and may be subject to restocking fees.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Some parts come with a limited warranty. Please review our Warranty Policy before purchase.
• Warranty covers replacement of the part only, and does not cover labor, installation, incidental or consequential damages.
• Gearshift Auto Parts is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from installation or use of products.
• All warranty claims require prior written notification and inspection of the original part, as described in our Warranty Policy.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Pre-shipment cancellations will incur administrative fees.
• Gearshift Auto Parts may cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

9. Core Charges

• Certain parts, such as engines and transmissions, require a core deposit, refundable upon return of a rebuildable core in acceptable condition.
• Core returns must be completed within 15 days of delivery. Failure to return the core will result in forfeiture or charge of the deposit.

10. Privacy & Security

• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for order fulfillment.
• Payment transactions are processed through secure channels.

11. Accuracy of Information

Gearshift Auto Parts strives for accuracy, but errors may occur in product listings, pricing, or inventory. Buyers are responsible for verifying details prior to purchase.
