1. Shipping options

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days. This is the most cost-effective option.
  • 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days for urgent orders.
  • Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day.
All shipments are fulfilled via third-party freight carriers such as UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, or other approved logistics providers. Carrier selection depends on availability, destination, and shipment requirements.
Order Processing Time: After payment is received, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before the item is shipped. Processing includes payment verification, quality checks, and preparation of your auto parts for safe shipment. Shipping times begin after processing is complete, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories

  • Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.
  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

3. Military Addresses (APO, DPO, FPO)

  • Delivery to military addresses is provided without additional cost.
  • Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • International shipping may be offered in the future.

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments within 2-3 days of order processing.
  • If you encounter issues accessing your tracking information, contact our support team.
  • Buyers can track shipments directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Packaging and Safety

  • All parts are packaged and shipped by independent third-party logistics providers.
  • Packaging methods, including palletization where applicable, are determined and executed by the shipping partner.
  • While such packaging is intended to reduce the risk of transit damage, Gearshift Auto Parts does not directly control or perform the packaging or transportation process.

7. Return Shipping & Freight Charges

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including freight, pickup, packaging, crating, insurance, and any ancillary logistics.
  • Gearshift Auto Parts does not provide prepaid return labels and will not reimburse shipping.
  • This applies to all warranty and non-warranty returns.

8. Shipping Liability & Address Accuracy

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • Gearshift Auto Parts is not liable for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen events (weather, carrier issues, or natural disasters) are beyond our control and not subject to refund.

9. Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Freight and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For large items (engines, transmissions), special handling may be required. Additional delivery fees for liftgate, residential, or restricted access may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
