General Terms

• We at Gear Shift Auto Parts have got all the rights to update, modify or change the provided terms as and when required
• Consecutive usage of our website and services after modification constitutes the acceptance of revised terms

Product Listings & Availability

• We would like to ensure that all the product description, pricing and availability are accurate as per information and data provided by the manufacturer, first owner, third party yard. However, some sort of error may occur
• We do not claim any sort of guarantee that all the parts are in available in the stock, due to high demand So, if an item is not available after you placed your order. Furthermore, we are not in position to arrange the same for you then in that case, we will provide refund ( terms and conditions applied)
• The images of products are for the purpose of reference only, so actual items may differ in appearance

Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
• Full payment is mandatory before  processing and shipping of the orders.
• We use the payment transactions in the form of credit/debit cards, PayPal, wire transfer and other secure options for online payment
• In case of suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve all the right to cancel orders. Moreover, take necessary legal action.

Pricing & Taxes

• Pricing is done in only USD. Although, it may change without any sort of prior notice
• The listed prices of products do not include any shipping costs, taxes, custom duties that may apply upon delivery or checkout, as per your location.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer our shipping services  across the United States with various carrier options.
• Estimated delivery times are tentative in nature just for the sake of reference and are not guaranteed. Hence, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Therefore we will  not be liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
• Shipping costs are totally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns, Replacements, & Refunds

• Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Furthermore, go through our Return & Replacement Policy for full details.
• All the refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.
• Custom orders or  special-order items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
• Gear Shift Auto Parts is not at all  responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Warranty & Liability

• Some of the parts come with a limited warranty. Therefore, please review product-specific warranty terms before purchasing. For more details check our warranty section.
• Warranty does not cover labor costs, incidental damages, or any sort of improper installation.
• We are not responsible in any form  for any  damage, injury, or losses resulting from the installation or use of our products.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can not be canceled once the shipment is done. So, orders are subject to return policy once dispatched. For further clarity, kindly go through our cancelation policy.
• We, at Gear Shift Auto Parts, reserve all the rights to cancel the order due to pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or due to the unavailability of stock.

Core Charges & Returns

• Some items, like  transmissions and engines, may require a core deposit, which is refundable upon return of a rebuildable core.
• Core returns must be completed within the time span of 15 days of receiving the new part. Incase you are not able to do so; then you are liable to make the payment of $200 as core charges. Core refunds are processed after inspection to make sure that the returned part meets the required standards. On the other hand, while placing the order, if the core charges has been deposited along the payment of the part, then the deposited amount for the core will be non-refundable ,if you fail to send us the core.

Privacy & Security

• We, Gear Shift Auto Parts, prioritize that  customer privacy and use secure payment processing methods.
• Personal information collected during transactions will not be shared with third parties except as required for order fulfillment. For Further details, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

• Under applicable laws, any sort of dispute or claim arising from transactions with us will be resolved under applicable arbitration & laws
• Before pursuing legal action, customers should agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team.
